“In the world there is nothing more submissive and weak than water. Yet for attacking that which is hard and strong nothing can surpass it.” – Lao Tzu
Water is the life of the planet. It courses through everything… oceans, rivers, plants, animals, humans, and the air. It is one of the strongest forces of nature yet carries with it the gentility of perpetual meditation. As with the life that it inspires, it is always flowing, always changing, always shifting form as it cleanses and brings vibrancy to the planet. It teaches the values of persistence and tenacity as well as flexibility and non-attachment.
Water is the essence of life. Though it comprises the majority of our bodies, we are often so ignorant as to how it works. How amazingly fluid and conflict-free our lives would be if we would only tap into its flow.
