It’s often easy to look at society and shake our heads at the suffering it causes itself. However, we need to stop and reflect sometimes on the realization that society is comprised of people just like you and me. Though it’s easy to look around and see what needs to be done for our culture to create a sustainable future, when all is said and done, it is up to us, each of its components, to live according to the changes we see in our mind’s eye.
Take a moment today to dream of the future you would like to see. Consider how your daily activities reflect your vision of the utopia you imagine. When you see something that doesn’t align, change it. For each of us is creating the world with every thought which compels us to action.
