As we look to the birds of the air, we are reminded of dreams taking flight. For as long as we have watched them, we have marveled at their ability to coast upon the drifts of air and direct their movements with only a subtle shift of the tail feathers. They move through the sky as elegantly as they move through the world, leaving no reminder of their presence that time will not erase. Never taking more than they need or are able to carry, our avian brothers and sisters offer a supreme lesson in sustainability, simplicity, and peaceful living.

Take some time today to watch a feathered friend and allow your heart and mind to soar with it.
